After graduating with a BA in Art History, Heather has worked within a range of administrative and professional services roles, which includes telecommunications and financial services. Heather joined McMillan in 2023 as part of the Business Processing team and primarily looks after Kieran, Zack and Steve.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys going to live gigs, museums, and camping in the Sussex countryside.
