Suresh joined St. James’s Place as a Partner, in 2000 and quickly developed a highly successful business working with high net worth individuals and business owners, helping them to protect and grow their wealth. He created McMillan Wealth Consultants Limited in 2015 and the company evolved into McMillan Financial Advice Limited, a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place.
For individuals Suresh specialises in all areas of pensions and retirement planning, including Final Salary pensions, SIPPs and SSASs. On a corporate level he works closely with businesses on helping to reduce risk in their DB pension schemes, advising trustees on DB and DC investment strategies.
Outside of work Suresh concentrates on setting up scholarships for his charity and passionately enjoys theatre and opera.
